This building is Phase III of the Tulare Outlet Mall. This 30,000 sq. ft. retail facility was the most recent expansion of the center.  EBM Design Group also designed phases IV and V consisting of an additional 160,000 s.f. of retail space and restaurants which are awaiting construction.
